Best Printing USA did an amazing job for our school's yearbook! Joe is the BEST! He offered fantastic assistance when I was ordering the yearbooks and suggested square back binding, a better way to bind the books, which totally was the better way to go. The price and quality of the yearbooks was unbelievable! Since this was a fundraiser for our school I had to find the best deal and Joe made it happen! The photo quality on each page is perfect! The students and staff were very happy with the yearbooks and autograph signing day was a huge hit! We will use Best Printing USA for our yearbooks and any other printing needs in the future. There actually exists GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had Playbills printed up for our recital and one of the ads ended up in the wrong place. I emailed Joe to tell him we received the programs and there was just one mistake, expecting maybe an email response either brushing off the situation or reminding me that I saw a proof and approved it. Neither happened! To my surprise I received a phone call, explaining what happened and asking what they could do to resolve the situation. I was shocked! I feel like customer service has fallen to the wayside - but not with this company. I was refunded the cost of the ad so that I could reimburse the person who had purchased it! Not to mention their work is wonderful! I will definitely continue to use this company they provide excellent quality and amazing customer service! Thank you Joe - we will be back!

Oh my God, I thought it was a joke when I read on their website for just 1 or 2 days shipping, I went ahead and placed my order the next 2 days it was at my door, I was like what? They also did a wonderful job for my graduation program booklet. The staff's were so nice, they made a whole lot of corrections for me for no extra charge. I highly recommend them.
