Our Tariff Policy: No Tariff Fees & What We're Doing to Keep Printed Materials Affordable

Best Printing USA will continue to produce only the finest printed products, as we also do everything we can to keep prices affordable for you while tariffs are in effect and prices are less predictable.  We still need to make enough money to pay our team fairly, because it is their printing expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer-service that make our products the best in this great land. 

Printed products themselves are generally duty-free for export.  But some of the components that produce those products are tariffed, because some of those are imported (as is the case in most industries).  Because we refuse to cut corners (as many of our competitors may), keeping costs at a minimum is a tricky matter.  Some of our prices may increase, as have just about everyone else's.

Even so, here is what we're doing to help navigate tariffs and the cost increases associated with them, with you and for you:

• We've stocked up on paper, ink, replacement parts, and other supplies, particularly those that we know will get expensive soon (or that already have become more expensive).
• We buy American whenever we can.  This was already our practice, and it continues to serve us well and serve you well.
• We've kept our pricing calculators up-to-date.  You can find these in the right-hand sidebar of most of our "product" page.  Human error is a constant factor (on both sides of a transaction), and a highly-customized order might require a more-detailed quote from us.  But in general the price that the calculator gives you reflects your total costs post-tariffs.
• Our customer service is second to none, as always.  (Check out our online reviews to see how.)  We understand what it's like to run a business, we listen, and we'll always help in whatever way we can.  We can't promise a "yes" to any or every request, of course.  But if you get in touch with us, whoever gets back to you (probably Joe or Tom) or speaks with you on the phone will be informative and helpful.  We'll always help you figure out the most affordable option that still checks the greatest number of boxes.  Just ask: You'll be glad you did.
